As someone who lost two Grandmas to Alzheimer’s disease, this poignant and love-filled mini movie had me crying in my cube.

It’s been a month since I read this woman’s story, and my thoughts still keep coming back to her.

On a lighter note: Bob Weir and Jerry Garcia’s AIDS PSA blooper reel. I die.

I have a file going of prints to hang in my fantasy kitchen. These beauties by Amy C. Evans are officially on the list.

Well that’s it for now. I’ve got a full day of work ahead and then I’m heading to Rollie’s in St. Cloud to see Mr. Moe Bandy perform. If you’re unfamiliar, listen to a few of his songs while you check out this round-up of his album cover art. He’s an under-appreciated gem of ’70s-era country, if you ask me!

Three things I pinned and made this week; all were flat-out delicious: Kielbasa and Pierogies Sheet Pan Meal; Buffalo Patatas Bravas and Brown Butter Roasted Banana Muffins.

I’ve been following all The Anti-Diet Project posts and this latest installment (on the stupidity of Last Supper-style mindsets) is, of course, great. Intuitive Eating is where it’s at!

It’s so easy to admire a friend’s skill with layered bracelets, or see a beautifully retro belt styled in a magazine, but to be stumped in front of the mirror when trying to pull it off at home. If accessorizing your way leaves you feeling a little, “huh?,” my friend Sal has a class coming up on February 9th with your name on it. Sal will be sharing pearls of wisdom galore, including advice on how to work in vintage and thrifted finds in the mix (she’s a pro!). Sign up here.
